Theresa brings more than three decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, public affairs, and philanthropic strategy. Her work centers on competitive proposal development, multi-year funding strategy, and strengthening organizational readiness for mission-driven institutions. Theresa is known for synthesizing complex program models into clear, polished narratives that reinforce institutional alignment and enhance funder engagement. She has secured multimillion-dollar public and private sector grant awards and has partnered with more than 100 organizations across sectors, offering informed perspective on emerging trends, funder expectations, and best practices in the field.

Cynthia brings extensive experience rooted in direct community engagement, crisis response, disability advocacy, housing justice, and social services systems navigation. Her work has included tenant-rights organizing, ADA support services, cross-agency collaboration, and nonprofit capacity-building. Cynthia approaches her work with a strong commitment to fairness and accessibility, ensuring that programs and organizational strategies reflect real community needs. She is recognized for her ability to elevate underrepresented voices and strengthen the connection between community expertise and organizational decision-making.
Cynthia is an accomplished executive, organizational change agent, and community developer. Her work in the nonprofit and corporate sectors is exemplary and she has been the recipient of numerous leadership awards. She is particularly adept at designing programs, building teams, training and managing large groups of volunteers, developing financial and human resources, and advocating at the state and local levels for legislation that directly improves quality of life.
